Numbing Cream

How to Apply Numbing Cream Before Laser Tattoo Removal

At Huzz Ink Laser Clinic, Emirates Hills, Dubai, your comfort and safety are always our priority. Laser tattoo removal can be uncomfortable, but applying numbing cream correctly can make the process much easier. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:

1. Clean the Skin

  • Gently wash the tattooed area with mild soap and water.

  • Pat dry with a clean towel to ensure the skin is free of oils, dirt, or lotion.

2. Apply the Numbing Cream

  • Using clean gloves or fingers, spread a thick layer of medical-grade numbing cream over the tattoo.

  • Do not rub it in completely; leave a visible layer to allow full absorption.

3. Cover the Area

  • Place plastic wrap (cling film) over the cream.

  • This helps the cream penetrate deeper into the skin and prevents it from drying out.

4. Wait 45–60 Minutes

  • Keep the cream on for at least 45 minutes before your session.

  • This ensures maximum numbing effect during the laser treatment.

5. Remove Before Treatment

  • Just before your appointment, remove the plastic wrap and gently wipe away any excess cream.

  • The skin is now ready for safe and more comfortable laser tattoo removal.

Important Notes from Huzz Ink
